New homes at Warmwell Rise in Crossways, Dorset

Work has commenced on our new community of 140 energy-efficient homes at Warmwell Rise, Dorset.

As part of the scheme consisting of 1 to 4-bedroom homes, 49 properties will be allocated as affordable housing for local people and will be available for shared ownership or for social rent.

Open green space will be provided at Warmwell Rise for the enjoyment of residents, as well as for the enhancement and improvement of nature and wildlife.

Existing hedgerows and trees will be retained, and new planting will take place. New footpaths will be created throughout the on-site green space and will also link to existing networks in Crossways.

The layout and character of Warmwell Rise will be typical of existing homes in Crossways and the scheme will respect the rural nature of the village.

The homes will be finished in brick, render and stone to create an appealing and varied streetscape.
